Do I need to bring my own mat?
We recommend bringing your own mat for comfort and hygiene. If you don’t have one, we have mats available to borrow at the studio.
I’m new to yoga - which class should I start with?
Our Gentle Flow or Hatha Yoga classes are perfect for beginners. They move at a comfortable pace and focus on alignment and breathwork.
How do I book a class?
You can book directly through our Book a Class page. Simply choose your class, select a time, and reserve your spot.
What should I wear to class?
Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely is best. Most people practice barefoot, so no special footwear is needed.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes - we understand plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before class starts.
